Shipping Policy
At Luxe & Rest, we ship your premium French flax linen from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Every order is hand-checked, carefully folded and dispatched to arrive ready for your bed.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm NZST on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
New Zealand delivery
- Standard NZ Courier: $9.95 NZD — estimated 2–5 business days
- Rural delivery: $14.95 NZD — estimated 3–7 business days
- Free standard shipping on all NZ orders over $200 NZD
International delivery
- Australia: $25 NZD — estimated 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: calculated at checkout — estimated 7–14 business days
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Delays & lost parcels
While we work with reliable couriers, delays can occasionally occur, especially during sales and the holiday season. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at support@luxeandrest.co.nz and we’ll trace it for you.
